1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Ensure Financial LLC (“Ensure”, “we”, “us”) about your use of ensure.financial and everything on it, including the program sheet (the “site”). By using the site, you accept them. If you use the site for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm that you’re authorized to. The site is for businesses and for people 18 or older. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. What the site is, and isn’t

• It’s an illustration. The payments, businesses, counts, approvals and figures in the program sheet are simulated. They aren’t client data, a forecast or a promise of results.
• It isn’t an offer. Nothing on the site is an offer to open an account, extend credit or provide a program, or a commitment to do so. A program needs a signed agreement with Ensure, verification of your business and of the people who own or control it, and approval by our sponsor bank, which sets final eligibility.
• We’re not a bank. Ensure Financial LLC is a program manager. Cards are issued by a U.S. sponsor bank pursuant to a license by Mastercard International Incorporated.
• Rewards depend on terms. Any cash back or other reward depends on your program’s terms.
• The bank review is part of the simulation. “Send to our bank”, and the review it shows, don’t send anything to a bank.
• Our AI suggests; you decide. Suggestions on the site are illustrations. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, so get your own before you rely on it.

3. What you send us

When you submit a sheet or contact us, give us information that’s accurate and that you’re allowed to share. Don’t send sensitive information through the form, such as Social Security numbers, card numbers or bank account details. If you become a client, we’ll ask for what we need through a secure process. You let us use what you send, including your sheet and any feedback, to reply to you, prepare a proposal and improve our services.

4. Using the site fairly

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone’s rights;
• send spam, false information or someone else’s details;
• get around the site’s security, rate limits or bot check, or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site or send its forms;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or probe or test it for weaknesses without our written permission;
• copy, frame, decompile or reverse engineer the site, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

5. Our content and marks

The site, including its design, text, graphics and software, and the Ensure name and wordmark belong to Ensure or our licensors. You may view the site, print your program sheet and share links to it to evaluate Ensure. Any other use needs our written permission. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. Other marks belong to their owners.

6. Other services

The site relies on services run by others, such as Cloudflare Turnstile and Google Fonts, and links to other sites. We aren’t responsible for them, and their own terms apply.

7. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its simulated figures are accurate or complete.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ensure won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Your responsibility

You’ll defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ensure and its officers, employees and agents against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Clients

If your business has signed an agreement with Ensure, that agreement governs our services to you. Where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

11. Changes

We may change the site, or stop offering any part of it, at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought only in the state courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and you and Ensure consent to those courts. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it. These terms and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and Ensure about the site.
