Privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026
In plain words
- If you send us a program sheet, we get your name, work email, company, monthly spend, how you pay today if you tell us, and the sheet you built. We use them to reply and to put a program together for you.
- We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it to show you ads.
- Like any website, ours sees technical details such as your IP address and browser. We use them to run the site and keep it safe.
- You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at legal@ensure.financial.
Ensure Financial LLC (“Ensure”, “we”, “us”) builds and runs commercial card programs for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ensure.financial (the “site”), including the program sheet on our homepage, and when businesses and the people who work with them deal with us. It also explains what we do with that information and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
What you send us
When you press “Submit to Ensure”, we receive:
- your name, work email and company;
- your monthly spend, chosen from a range, and how you pay today, if you choose to tell us;
- your program sheet: the program you picked (and the name you typed, if you chose “Other”), the rules as you set them, the simulated month’s figures and a link that reopens your sheet;
- whether you pressed “Send to our bank” first. That button is part of the simulation and doesn’t send anything to a bank.
If you email, call or meet us, we keep what you share, such as your contact details and your messages.
What we collect automatically
When you visit, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information to deliver the site and protect it: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files you request, and when. We use your IP address to limit how often one connection can send the form, but we don’t store it with your submission. With each submission we keep the country it came from and your browser’s user-agent string.
Your sheet stays in your browser until you send it
The rules you set are kept in the page address, after the “#”, and that part of an address isn’t sent to our servers. Your sheet leaves your device only if you submit it, email it to us or share its link.
The bot check
Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile runs in your browser, and Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device for this purpose under its own privacy policy.
Fonts and code from content networks
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts and a small animation library from jsDelivr. As with any file request, these services receive your IP address and browser information when your browser downloads the files. See Google’s privacy policy and jsDelivr’s.
Analytics
We may use a product analytics service, such as Amplitude, to understand how the site is used: for example, which steps people reach, which buttons they press and where they leave. It stores a random identifier in your browser and receives device and usage information like that described above. We don’t send it your name, email or company. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t load analytics.
Cookies
The site doesn’t use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security. When analytics is used, it keeps its identifier in a cookie or in your browser’s local storage.
If your business becomes a client
To open and run a card program, we, our sponsor bank and our other program partners need information to verify your business and the people who own or control it, and to operate the program, as the law and our bank require. This can include names, addresses, dates of birth, tax and government identification numbers, ownership details, funding account details, and card and payment activity. Your program agreement and onboarding materials describe what we collect and how it’s used, and our sponsor bank’s privacy notice may also apply.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a program proposal and follow up about it.
- To provide, run and support our services, including verifying businesses and people, preventing fraud and meeting our legal and bank obligations.
- To keep the site and our services secure, and to stop spam and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To send business contacts news about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the people who use our services.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers that work for us under contract: Cloudflare (hosting, security, data storage and email delivery), Google Workspace (our email and office tools) and, when we use one, our analytics provider.
- Our sponsor bank, card processor and other payment partners, when your business applies for or uses our services, or when you ask us to set up a program.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors.
- Authorities and others, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Ensure, our clients or others.
- A buyer or successor, if Ensure is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Anyone else you ask us to share it with, with your consent.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How long we keep it
We keep a submission, and our correspondence about it, while we’re discussing or running a program with you. After that, we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as keeping records of our business dealings and meeting legal, accounting and bank requirements. Then we delete it or de-identify it. Client information is kept for the periods that the law and our program agreements require.
5. How we protect it
Information you send through the site travels over an encrypted connection. We limit access to the people who need it, and our providers protect their systems with industry-standard safeguards. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee the security of information sent to us.
6. Your choices and rights
- Emails. Every marketing email we send lets you opt out, or you can write to us.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you before we act, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.
- Your state’s privacy law. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as to know how we use your information. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights, and an authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of analytics.
To make a request, email legal@ensure.financial.
7. Children
The site is for businesses and isn’t meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
8. Where we process information
Ensure is based in the United States. We and our providers process information in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll also point it out more prominently, such as with a notice on the site.
